All machines are able to receive Cash and Mobile Money payments. The option of card payments is also available on selected machines

What kind of support is available for my vending equipment?

VGS provides full support and partial support services. The options should be discussed with your VGS representative.

What is the warranty period on my vending equipment?

All machines come with 12 months warranty.

Can you put a vending machine outside?

If you require an outdoor vending machine this needs to be specified when ordering as the requirements are different to the standard machine.

Is it better to buy a used or a new vending machine?

New vending machines are always best to purchase however, well maintained machines from a reputable supplier is a good cheaper alternative.
